Rahmlad Solutions operates as a Venture Studio and Expert Collective. We provide a 10-phase service framework ranging from consultation to post-launch support. Each engagement is governed by a specific Statement of Work (SOW).

Intellectual Property (IP)
Client IP
Original ideas, business logic, and content remain the client's property.
Developed IP
Ownership of code, designs, and brand identity transfers to the client upon full payment.
Studio IP
Internal frameworks and reusable code modules remain our proprietary property.

Project Execution & Milestones
We operate on a milestone-based system. Each phase of our methodology requires client sign-off before proceeding to the next.
Note: Delays in client feedback may result in adjusted timelines.

Liability
Rahmlad Solutions provides technical and strategic architecture. While we build for success, we do not guarantee specific market outcomes or third-party approvals (e.g., App Store acceptance or government registration delays).
